Delivery Time & Charges

• We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days after order confirmation (Lahore often next day).
• Flat delivery charge: PKR 200 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available on every order — pay when the parcel reaches your door.
• We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
• Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging looks damaged or opened, refuse it and inform us immediately.

Order Tracking

After dispatch we send your courier tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS. For any delivery question, message us at +92 307 9417399.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Fragrances must not be opened or sprayed more than once.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Items returned after 7 days
• Custom or limited edition perfumes

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at scentview.pk@gmail.com or call +92 307 9417399 with your order number and reason for return.

What We Collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and (optionally) email — used only to process and deliver your order.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe yourself.
• Website analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) to improve the store and our advertising.

How We Use It

• To confirm, pack, and deliver your order, including sharing your name, phone, and address with our courier partner.
• To contact you on phone/WhatsApp about your order status.
• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your Choices

• You can ask us to delete your saved details at any time by emailing scentview.pk@gmail.com.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or WhatsApp updates with a single message.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product only; delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only after we verify it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, are suspected to be fraudulent, or where a product has gone out of stock — in such cases any advance payment is fully refunded.

Products

• All fragrances are sold under the ScentView label. Product photos are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.
• Fragrance performance (longevity, projection) varies with skin type, weather, and application — descriptions reflect typical results.

Liability & Contact

• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
